Job Description

Role Purpose:

Infinity Services Partner Company is a Managed Services Business, wholly owned by and a fully-fledged subsidiary of Vodacom .Infinity Services Partner Company is looking for a Learning and Development Specialsit. To Identify, facilitate and manage training as per the business requirements as well as support and track the various training and learning interventions.

Your responsibilities will include:

Key accountabilities and decision ownership
Contribute to the strategic delivery of the training strategy
To support and drive the strategic delivery of the BBBEE spend and mandate within the respective Business Units – aligned to the overall organisational goal
Ensure significant ROI for all capability programmes

Conduct training needs analysis
Engage with each business unit within ISPC to determine the work skills plan.
Assess learning needs and identify training methods and appropriate mediums of delivery.
To support the continuous development and uptake of the relevant on-line Academies (BU related)
Programme managing all parts of a capability work stream from identifying initial requirements through to programme delivery and embedding within the business
Initiate and manage new training projects with 3rd party contractor trainers.

Manage and ensure the effective rollout of related training or learning interventions
Ensure that all training is booked and PO’s are created, in line with policy
Support sourcing / managing Suppliers according to ISCP guidelines and SLA’s
Ensure training vendors are loaded accordingly
Ensure rollout and facilitation of Infinity induction sessions as and when required
Ensure the effective management of the Infinity bursary programme or other related learning interventions


To provide relevant and regular reports on a monthly basis

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

3 year relevant degree /diploma
3-5 years’ experience within HR function
Relevant L&D exposure (minimum of 2 years)
Facilitation skills (Advantageous)
Commercial acumen and good business knowledge (internal and external)
Ability to challenge and influence business stakeholders
HR Knowledge of all key functions and interdependencies
Customer Focussed
Problem solving – analyse, diagnose, evaluate and provide solutions
Ability to work across BU’s and integrate information from internal and external sources
Collaboration skills
Program NPS
