Full-Time Clerk – Dispatch by Premier Transportation
Job Description
• Receiving and capturing stock from bakeries to dispatch
• Data Capture all dispatch administration
• Invoices to be processed and captured
• Assist with customer complaints
• Checking of physical stock against system stock and verifying of figures
• Checking and verifying physical stock against packing slips on trucks
Qualification Requirements
• Grade 12 (matric) certificate or equivalent
• Computer literate
Experience Requirements
2 – 3yrs experience in a similar position in an FMCG environment
• Organizational Understanding
• Business procedures, rules and processes
• In-house systems (DRM, GP10)
Key Outputs
To administer the dispatch process which entails receiving, capturing of stock, the printing of documentation, invoicing and various other admin tasks
